I was a little hesitant to use someone who is mostly based in Newport to sell my property in Palm Springs. After meeting with Westley I was impressed with his honesty and integrity. He didnt try to oversale or make unrealistic claims. He listened to what I wanted. The condo went on the market Thursday evening and he presented with 2 offers on Tuesday evening meeting my selling price. I accepted the offer that met my needs and the whole deal closed in a matter of weeks. I have no clue how much he did behind the scenes to get things done but I am grateful. If I were buying I would use Westley to find me a great deal, but I'm off to the east coast and my new grand daughter.

We just bought our 2nd house using Westley. There were multiple offers on the house and he got it done! He and his team are very dialed in and respond quickly to questions or needs. I know he has other clients but never felt that he was not available to us when we needed him. We live in the Yorba Linda area and I felt like he guided us well as I am very happy with our house. When I was initially looking into the Joshua tree area I called multiple realtors. I told them I wanted to invest in the area but I knew very little about it. None of them return my calls after i said that. People did. not want to invest in taking the time to educate me on the area. I found Westley through a referral from an architect within the area.
